If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept items for exchange or return for store credit only.
- Product can only be returned or exchanged at the original place of purchase.
- Every return must be made within 7 days from the day of reception.
- Product must be in their unused original condition along with any related accessories included. Where an product is supplied with protective tape, it should remain intact as well as the screen.
- Any discounted items will be Final Sale. Jewelries are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
- Optical frames cannot be returned or exchanged if the original lens have been removed or fitted with prescription lens.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, improper storage and normal wear and tear.
- All our eyewear products have a 1-year warranty.
All our products have a 1-year warranty against defects in both materials and workmanship, and our promise to offer you the best service possible.
- Please send email at (email@example.com) for return address, and pack the product securely then send it to the given address.
- As Crossky adopts sustainable and eco-friendly practices, your package will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask that you request your return through email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- On receipt of a return, we will check its condition then process the full refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be made by the payment system within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
* The shipping fee for return must be paid in advance from the customer's end. Please note that parcels returned to CROSSKY with cash on arrival without notification in advance will be sent back.
- Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
Exchange or Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel or change the order, please contact us immediately by email (email@example.com). However, we may not amend once the product has already been shipped.
If Your Order Has Been Shipped
For refund or exchange, please return your order to us within 7 days from the day of reception.
Returns or exchanges may be rejected for the following reason: 1. Insufficient information is provided to process the order. 2.There appears to be significant wear on the item. 3.Damage was unrelated to a manufacturer or quality issue.
