Shipping Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Most of our orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, for all standard services we estimate you will receive this order within 5-7 business days of its shipment date. Shipping times may vary, but we will try our hardest to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Weekends and holidays should not be included when calculating delivery times for shipping services.

Please make sure all your shipping details are correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to a correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please note, we do not ship on the weekends or on holidays. 

CROSSKY is not responsible for lost shipments that arise due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their order(s) are correctly addressed at the time of purchase. Should an order fail to arrive because of customer address error(s), CROSSKY is not responsible for the reissuing the shipment or refunding the customer.


All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery. These fees are paid by the local carrier and are not collected by CROSSKY. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on you package(s). They also have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in some cases, may also delay delivery.

Please note, CROSSKY is unable to accept returns for unpaid customs taxes and fees or issue refunds for any form of shipment delays caused by third party carriers.
